Guidelines for applicants

This document contains detailed information about the application procedure. We strongly advise you to read it before starting to fill in the Application Form.

How to apply?

It is easy! Check the website carefully, then follow the instructions.

Before submitting the online application, the applicants are encouraged to read the Guidelines thoroughly, check the eligibility criteria, explore websites of the partner universities and review the academic programmes offered. Please, read the Guidelines before filling in your application form. The Guidelines provide general information about the project, eligibility criteria, application process and other relevant information to the applicants to prepare their applications. This document expects to be an easy and simple means of reference, introducing progressively the details and information required.

Guidelines_ECCAM

You must start creating your application form by setting your USERNAME and PASSWORD. If you have previously applied for a scholarship under the ECCAM project, you will have to create a NEW APPLICATION from the beginning, you have to choose the type of scholarship for which you want to receive the support of the Project. You will also have to change your USERNAME.

In order to increase the chances of being selected, it is also recommended that applicants choose up to 2 different Host Institutions. If an applicant submits more than one application, the system will automatically consider the most recent one.

We encourage applicants to submit online applications! However, if you are not able to fill out the online application, you can download the word version, fill it out and send it directly to the Coordinator together with all required supporting documents at eccam@fnu.ac.fj .

Please note:

• If you don’t have all the required documents now (e.g. you haven’t obtained your degree yet, but you will have obtained it once the mobility starts), please get in touch with your respective host institution.
• If the official ECCAM contact person at the host institution exceptionally agrees that some documents can be sent after this call's deadline, this email correspondence should be uploaded as an explanation.
• If your application is successful, you will be conditionally accepted and you will be given a certain deadline in order to submit the missing document. Please note though that applicants who have completed their applications by uploading all required documents will be favoured.
